Walking a Lawnmower Upside Down

Breaking Records: The Lawn Mower Challenge
I had a running lawnmower on my chin. But why, you ask?

I ask, why not? Actually, there are very good reasons why not, which you’re about to find out.

The record for the furthest distance walked balancing a running lawnmower on the chin was 71.5 meters, set in 2017. Therefore, I had to give it a try.

But there is a sun in the sky, but there is no power for an upside-down moving lawnmower, but there is a blade capable of cutting off limbs. Yes, yes, and yes. But those weren’t the biggest problems.

I got the witnesses, timers, helpers, a portable battery pack, sunglasses, and practiced enough to place that lawnmower on my chin and start walking around the track. It was tricky. It was scary. But step after step, I continued the track. 100 meters in and the record was mine, so I thought it would be easy to continue. But then I tried to turn around the curve, and the wind pushed me off track. I could barely hold on. I twirled and whirled, and I fought for 259 more meters until the wind finally twisted the lawnmower on my chin. It was too dangerous to continue.

But the record with 369 meters covered was mine (and I still have all my limbs).

I’m David Rush, and I hold the most world records.
